How Does The Buyer's 66% Cash-Back Program Work?
For Buyers who find their own home, Asante will give up to 66% of our Buyer's Agent real estate commission back to you when you Bid online for a home. For a $1M home (offering a 3% Buyer's Agent commission) you would receive $20,000 back upon close of escrow.
And you choose how you want to get this commission refund. You can use this money to:
- Offset your closing costs
- Reduce the purchase price of your home

Once an offer is submitted, the Agent will provide End-to-End Full-Service Agency from the Preliminary Negotiations, drafting the Contract and Counter Offers and all the way through close of Escrow, plus post-sale support. This Service includes all Inspections, Due Diligence, Drafting Addendums, and all other aspects of Buyer's Agency. Again, this is End-to-End Full-Service Agency from writing the Offer through Close of Escrow, including post-sale support. At closing, Asante Real Estate will refund to you up to 66% of our Buyer's Agent Commission, in any manner that you choose.
Will Asante Find a Home For The Buyer?
Yes, our Agents will perform pre-offer home search services for the commission that is offered by the Seller.
However, if you want to buy a home and get up to 66% back under the our Direct Bid Program, the PRE-OFFER SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED
This Direct Bid Program is designed ONLY for Clients who have already previewed a home and are ready to make an offer to purchase that home. Asante DOES NOT generally provide home tours or any Pre-Offer Services through the BID ONLINE Program.
Direct Bid Program Clients can preview the subject home through an Open House, the Listing Agent, Online, directly through the Seller, or through some other manner.
Does Asante Provide Buyer's Agency Home Search Services?
We provide Conventional Full-Service Buyer's Agents who will help you find and buy a home and provide the following Buyer's Agent Services:
- Preview and Qualify Homes for You
- Help you with Lender Services and Financing Pre-Approval
- Tour You through Prospective Homes
- Provide Home Buying Advice
- Prepare and submit the offer, negotiate the transaction with the listing agent, and provide End-to-End Full-Service Real Estate Agency, from the offer and acceptance through Close of Escrow, plus post-sale support.
Clients Who Work With One of Asante's Full-Services Buyer's Agents to Identify A Specific Property Cannot Subsequently Participate In The Direct Bid Program To Purchase That Property.
Service And Support:
Agents are available by telephone from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on weekdays, and from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Offers must be submitted by 5 p.m. to guarantee same-day service. If you submit an offer after 5 p.m., then your offer may not be reviewed and prepared until the following day. Once the offer has been reviewed and prepared, then your Agent will continue working to present and negotiate your offer to the Listing Agent and Seller, regardless of time.
