Asante Real Estate Group is looking for very sharp Licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

If you are interested in making more money by performing real estate transactions (instead of spending most of your time marketing yourself), then you need to consider the Asante Advantage. HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU

We are working Professional Real Estate Agents. We know how tough the job can be and we are your biggest fans. We all know that most Agents do not make serious money in this business because they simply can't do enough transactions. Even if you make $20,000 per transaction, things will not be that great if you only do three deals a year. And your client will probably resent paying you the $20,000 commission along with the $20,000 paid to the cooperating Broker. Neither you nor your client will be satisfied with that dynamic.

As you know, the biggest problem for Real Estate Agents is that they can easily spend 80% of their time marketing themselves and only 20% (or less) of their time actually performing real estate transactions. That's crazy! You couldn't get away with that in any other professional field. Imagine if your lawyer only billed 500 hours per year, because she spent the other 2,000 hours trying to get new business. She would have to charge you $700/hour, and you wouldn't pay it. The cost would be too high, because the lawyer would have to factor in the extraordinary amount of time spent on marketing herself.

That is the big problem in the real estate business today. There are too many Agents chasing too few transactions. Accordingly, the Agents must spend an inordinate amount of their time trying to get to a transaction. Then they need to charge a high commission, because they may only do a few transactions every year.

This dynamic creates a bad deal for the Real Estate Agent, and it's a bad deal for the client since they are paying far too much for the amount of work actually performed on their specific transaction. The Buyer or Seller doesn't want to pay you for the 80% of your time that you spent marketing yourself. Frankly, this approach isn't fair to you as a Real Estate Agent or to your clients. We believe the traditional Full-Price business model is broken!

We don't do business this way. Instead, Asante offers the best competitive market advantage in the real estate business.
