About Asante Real Estate

Asante Real Estate Group is a full service real estate company founded in May 2004 to empower Buyer's and Sellers by greatly reducing the high cost of buying and selling real estate. We have done this with our unique “Full Service at a Fair Price” business model where we will list homes for a flat 1% fee and we will give buyers who find their home up to 66% of our commission. We always pay the full commission to the Buyer's Agent.

Our real estate model has been so successful, Asante decided to franchise throughout California with the goal of expanding nationwide. We have created innovative business methods utilizing advanced technology to reduce the high cost of buying and selling real estate.

Memberships

We are members of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR), San Jose Real Estate Board, the California Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that we, as members, are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate.
